Adorable beach house with the best views!

At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! This adorable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is your Link to Paradise! Sit on the porch with the amazing views of the Santa Rosa Sound, or take a very short walk/golf cart ride to the gulf. The Master bedroom is on the top floor and features a king size bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a private balcony. The laundry room is located right off the master bathroom. On the main floor the guest room has a queen size bed. The second room on the main level has a queen size Murphy bed, as well as a futon. Through the second room, you will enter the kids’ bunk room. This room has a really fun, four wall under sea mural with a twin over twin bunk bed. The two bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Off of the kitchen is an adorable bar room with an additional table. The garage has an air conditioned room to hang out and watch tv, and a 4 seater golf cart available for you to rent.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $800 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you the day prior to your arrival along with detailed directions.

*this is a non smoking/vaping property and will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.
